Ricoh Korea Partners Kick-off event

25 Apr 2025

Seoul - April 15 - Ricoh Korea Co., Ltd. (CEO: Shoichi Yamazaki, www.ricoh-korea.co.kr) successfully held its 2025 Partners Kickoff Event on April 15 at the JW Marriott Hotel Seoul located in Seocho-gu, Seoul. During the event, Ricoh Korea introduced its newly restructured sales and customer service organization, highlighted achievements from 2024, outlined policies for 2025, and provided a detailed overview of its existing customer management system services. Additionally, the company showcased its newly developed business solution, Meeting Room Solutions, allowing partners to experience it firsthand in a demo room set up at the event venue. Furthermore, a space was set up to demonstrate how the customer management system introduced earlier works in practice, allowing attendees to gain a better understanding of the system.

At this event, Ricoh Korea unveiled three new models: two A4 color multifunction devices, the IM C320F and M C320FW, and one printer, the PC375. All three models can print at a speed of 32 pages per minute in both color and monochrome, and they come standard with PCL6, PostScript3 (Emulation), and PDF Direct (Emulation). In particular, the IM C320F is a multifunction printer that offers copying, scanning, faxing, and printing functions as standard, and provides a 265GB SSD as an option and a 7-inch SOP (Smart Operation Panel), enabling compatibility with any Ricoh solution. Additionally, with dimensions of 41 cm in width, 43 cm in height, and 48.3 cm in depth, it requires very little space, making it one of the smallest models in its class.

The meeting room solution is a new business venture by Ricoh Korea, providing a solution that connects interactive whiteboards, various AV equipment necessary for video conferencing, and Microsoft Teams apps to individual PCs, enabling smooth and efficient remote video conferencing. It can be seen as an office solution that improves work efficiency in line with the rapidly changing digital age.

In addition, @Remote, a customer management service provided by Ricoh Korea, allows users to remotely check and manage the status of multifunction devices used by their companies. Using ARMS (Advanced Remote Mobile System), a mobile application, users can check basic device information such as usage and consumable status, as well as problems that have occurred with the device and troubleshooting guides, all via their mobile devices. Many partners showed interest in the exhibition space where this service was demonstrated.

Finally, Ricoh Korea unveiled a new color production printer model, the PRO C5310S, at this event. Ricoh Korea has decided to expand its sales channels to include production printers for office-specialized partners starting this year, which were previously unavailable to such partners, enabling the company to propose high-quality, high-volume printing solutions to companies in industries such as design and manufacturing. Many partners showed interest by directly printing from the exhibited products, inspecting the internal components of the devices, and listening to explanations.

Ricoh Korea aims to use this event to promote the diversity of its business and as a stepping stone for further expansion.
